Obtaining Your Marriage License in the State of Hawaii

• A license information packet can be obtained from the State of Hawaii by contacting the office listed below prior to your arrival. Your license application form can be filled out at home.
• Call our Romance Specialists to arrange an appointment with one of the marriage license agents. Appointments can be made no more than 30 days in advance.
• The Bride and Groom must both appear in person before the marriage license agent with valid photo identification. There are no medical requirements or waiting period. The marriage license is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. If you have been married before, you will be required to show documentation of your divorce.
• There is a $60 fee, payable in cash, to the marriage license agent.
