While checking into the hotel tonight I mentioned to Yuko at the front desk that this was the fourteenth stay at the Prince for me. I can't believe I've been here so many times as it seems more like home to me than a Hotel. Yuko reminded me that it was the seventeenth stay for me and I was even more amazed. It's more than island hospitality when so many of the staff remember you by name and do so many little things to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

I'd like to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful hospitality I've experienced on every visit. However, there is one visit in particular that stands out, and that occurred this summer when we hosted the Western Pediatric Nephrology Research Conference here at the hotel. I was a bit apprehensive about scheduling such a large meeting with very important physician clients anywhere in Honolulu, and was overjoyed to meet up with you, Collette, and all the wonderful staff here at the Waikiki Prince. Everything went wonderfully well, from planning the event, to coordinating with the local hospitals, to helping with reservations and transportation. Everyone here at the hotel was incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make our event a success. One of the best features though was the food. I've been involved with many events like this over the last 20 years, and for most, the food has always been a disappointment. To experience the culinary expertise of the Prince was truly an added bonus. Overall, I'd have to rate my experience as exceptional. Yes, we will be back. Every physician in attendance for the program had positive comments about the Prince and the people here, and all are looking forward to a return visit.

I'd also be remiss if I didn't thank you and everyone for helping to make our 30th wedding anniversary stay at Haupuna Beach a special time. A special thank you goes to Holly for suggesting this location to us.

I appreciate your kindness, and look forward to seeing you and celebrating with a vanilla cream soda.
