Plan your next group event with us and we'll entertain your guests for you! For each fully paid meeting attendee, their guest's participation in event receptions and daily breakfast is complimentary. Book by December 31, 2009 to enjoy the following promotion inclusions:
- Early Bird Registration Rates start at $225 per night
- Welcome reception (guest is free)
- Final night reception (guest is free)
- Daily full breakfast buffet (guest is free)
- Rental fees waived for meeting room and function space
- No attrition
- No resort or parking fees

Terms
Meetings must be booked by December 31, 2009. Valid for group bookings now through December 22, 2010. Promotion based on availability. Minimum of 15 rooms per night. Receptions and daily breakfast is complimentary for the guest of each paid attendee. Miscellaneous set-up fees may apply. Not valid for previously booked groups and applies toward new bookings only. Subject to change and blackout dates. Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Some restrictions apply.
