Monettes Artisan Fish and Steak Restaurant is the first "modern" American steakhouse to open on the Big Island of Hawaii. Featuring hand-crafted prime steaks from Brandt Farms, Colorado Lamb, fresh caught local fish, a carefully chosen selection of oysters and additional seasonal specialties from locations throughout the world.
