Prior to the introduction of the 2003 Corolla and all new Matrix in the United States, the University of Toyota invited the Regional Training Managers to Hawaii to learn about these new vehicles and practice training techniques to teach the dealership personnel how to present these new vehicles to the customer.
After conducting site inspections, we chose the Hapuna Prince Hotel as our location due to the property and especially the services offered for our group. The group size was not large by any means (65 people) but we were treated as if we were the only clients there. The staff from the top down made our guests feel very special during our event. We had some meetings up front to let the catering and sales staff know what our needs were and they came back with fantastic suggestions that made it very easy for us. To this day, I still get comments from the attendees on how great that training was. The combination of the property, the meeting space and outstanding service from the staff left little to be desired. I would highly recommend this property to any group that needs an outstanding location and world-class service. Thank you and I look forward to our next event with the Hapuna Prince.

I cannot thank you enough for your efforts in planning our MassMutual group visit to Hawaii and our stay at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel. The staff at the hotel absolutely fabulous! I have never encountered a more cordial, accommodating, polite staff anywhere in the world that I have traveled. They are all to be commended for their prompt, courteous customer service! A special thanks to Jim Deluz for all his help as well.
To be honest, I certainly considered calling you several times to see if we could come back "home" to the Hapuna! We were so spoiled after our days with you that the other hotel was just barely tolerable.
We followed your guided tour of the island and saw just about everything that you recommended. Of course, one of our favorites was Tex's Drive Inn and the delicious malasadas. Those alone make me want to come back for a visit to the Big Island.

Further to my email earlier this week, we would like to thank you for making our visit to the Hapuna Beach Prince a worthwhile experience. The time you and Brian spent with us gave us a great deal of insight into the magnitude of your facilities and the many options our group will have during our visit.
I also must add that, without exception, the entire staff of both the Hapuna Beach Prince and the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel was outstanding. Their can-do attitude and pleasant nature made our stay unforgettable.

I would like to thank you for my recent stay at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel. I was very happy to be able to see the Kraftmaid groups in operation, and enjoyed the opportunity to have a little R&R. The hotel is beautiful and was a perfect choice for these groups.
From what I saw and from all other indications, everyone enjoyed the hotel and had a wonderful time. Reports from Vanguard's on-site staff were very favorable in respect to working with the staff at the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel.
